You guys serious it will take another 10 years for development work in valley to finish? Please advise.
We cant say about the future prospects of DHA Valley. I wonder why DHA is being so lame about the development. DHA maintains a reasonable goodwill and DHA Valley is somehow staining the goodwill of the locality.
Well, hope to see this locality growing in the shorter span.

The plots will be handed over to the public sector/block wise as confirmed by the DHA office in Dubai. But they are not sure when it would be. Intially they were planing to annouce the pocession in March / April 2014 which they have postponed.
