I've a 10 marla file of lda city that i bought in april 2015 and i got an lda exemption letter soon after. Now i see difference in market prices of exemption letter 10m file and intimation letter 10m file. What is the difference between the two?
The exemption is against the land , safer thing but cost buyer more charges for transfer, exemption is like allocation letter of d.h.a , if i have to buy i will go for exemption letter even it cost me to pay transfer charges , while intimation is lda partner or in d.h.a open letter type thing its not against land so not a safe thing but short time investor to avoid proper transfer buy this .
