No one noticing that housing prices has increased a lot in last year dha phase 5 asking price of new constructed kanal raised to 6 crore above , johartown 4.5 crore above and similar in wapda town homes which was selling in 3.5 crore few months back now 4.5 crore for kanal. In dha 10 marla is above 3.5 crore and in johartown wapda 2.5 crore even used in wapda ten marla selling above 2 crore , and in dha phase 5 even 5 marla home selling at 2 crore .Rents are increasing with every month pass by.
