The total cost will be around 15 lacs from DPC to full furnish if you buy material by yourself and only pay for labor charges. If you give to contractor he will charge you at least 17-20 lacs.

labour cost required for construction will be about 3 Lac
If you hire us as contractor we will add 2 Lac to this amount as our profit.
