Evaluation Of My Plot In B-17, E Block

Need expert advice from valued forum members for evaluation of my plot in B-17, E Block.

I cannot give out the exact plot number but it lies between 1530 and 1535, so the location can be judged.

Will appreciate expert advice on it..

Any suggestions ?

Wait till july 2014 rate will touch 40 lac currently dealers and inverters are playing games they are snatching plots from genuine allottees on lower rates when they have enough stock the rate will go on top

Someone told me rally is expected in March, where prices will start to increase. 27 is not an acceptable price at the moment. Very low.

Can you please suggest If i should keep it for the next 3-4 months ? Or will the price further deteriorate down the road ?

Can you imagine. One guy was offering me 23 lacks for plots on the periphery of E block. But I knew that the rates are about 28 so I turned down the offer on spot.

Well, my plot is corner and also in between these numbers, i guess it is a 10 marla plot, mine is corner, i bought it for 32, now the market is slow, but before 1 month you could have sold it for 36-37, i suggest you to wait which i am also doing, when they will announce possession in July this year, rates will increase.

Just re checked the number, i think your's would be a 7 marla.

The rumor of Real Estate prices increasing in March is somehow true.
