Hello, I recently came to know about Etihad Town on main Rawind Road. I found it to be an excellent project. Then I explored the market, and they informed me that they are launching a new initiative called “Liberty Lands.”
I was wondering if it was a smart idea to invest in it and what the chances are from an investment point of view in the next year or so.
For my two cents, I have seen every project by the Etihad group to succeed, so if you have done due diligence and have the capital, I say go for it.
Basically liberty land is a project by Union developers who had developed Etihad town phase 1. Now they are totally separate projects and there are disclaimers also from both projects mentioning that now they don’t have any relationship with each other
To summarize both projects are now different, liberty land location is better than that of Etihad phase 2, however both will try to deliver
Liberty land has recently launched their fresh bookings, while Etihad town bookings currently are not available… Dealers are just taking bookings on affidavit etc along with own while bookings are not confirmed
So wait a bit more for Etihad confirm bookings while liberty bookings are open.
Both projects are good for investment

if i have understood it right, then investing right now is not advised right? or should we go for it as I think when it will be officially launched it will be more costly. right? I am thinking of buying files for investment purposes only.

so i went an d bought a file, and yes it was on their official letter head and they said the file will be available soon and they will be responsible for the file procurement. right now they say for liberty land the downpayment is in negative (when I bought it). they said there are no words on Etihad project.
