I am planning to construct a house and got my map approved, but when i discussed the map with my contractor, he told me that the architecture used too much steel (sariya) in structure drawing and it will cost me a huge amount to build my house, which is not feasible for me. The contractor cannot exactly tell me how much it would cost to build this house with this structure plan.
Can anyone help me to find estimated cost of my house according to map and structure drawing so that i can make sure i have necessary funds to do the construction.
