How do I investment in this society? What is development status?

This a very good society but the problem is that there are very few property dealers doing trading of plots in this area. As a result investor interest has not yet picked up. I think investors and dealers will soon come here when other zone-II societies are matured in price. Then they will come here for the juice. So it is a good time to purchase in this society for medium to long term investment.
There are 3 societies working in zone with name of engineering, if you are talking about ECHS d 18 then its a good option as development work is 100 percent done there.
But if you are talking about Islamabad engineering I think so development work is not done there will confirm it.
Can someone update the current status? How to buy plot there and what are rates? What is possession status?
