Emaar off plans, i am selling my own units as follows:
Project - downtown views ii (3 bedroom)
Total price: aed 3.18 million
Project- dubai hills estate acacia (2 bedroom)
Total price aed 2.01 million
I have paid 10% downpayment and oqood for each already.
Next installments of 10% each due on 5 september 2018.
I have paid aed 443,000 for downtown views ii.
I have paid aed 280,000 for acacia dubai hills estate.
These are on a special payment plan for emaar which is 40% total (10% per annum until completion).
60% post handover. ( 4 years after completion)
The emaar price remains as is, however i am selling mine with a discount on the amount already paid.
Instead of taking aed 443k + 280k,
i am giving them both for a total sum of aed 450k.
