Saadi sb. You are always advising defence towers , residency always. I pray you are correct, Can you share your price propects of these projects upon delivery mid term
As per my info Lignum tower is empty not uch sale purchase there on going
@ badmint..Sir actually lignum towers are much expensive as compared to the rest of the projects in which people showed great interest and all the projects are on own..Also lignum tower s a bit old fashioned and rest are new construction with multiple options in sizes ranging from 1 bed to 3 or 4 beds..Sir all these projects will take time but they will be good in the medium and long term and are safe and secure investments..
You are right no sale purchase in lignum tower..
They are over priced plus location is not that good.
Saadi sb, can you share the status of defece executive apartments. Prices , covered areas ?
I have scene lignum flats are bigger with less no of rooms. In executive flats are very small. Studio in lignum has same covered area as flat in executive that has 2 rooms.
High rises in pakistan shall only be successfull if they cater to only one segment. 3, 4 2 room apartments on same floor doesnot look pretty livavble as studios are by bechlors and other apartments should be taken by families
