Emaar Islamabad - Is it good for living? or DHA Phase 3 is better?

Hi,

I’d like to know who is the Emaar Islamabad (DHA Phase 5). I have heard their security is really good but read some issues related to maintenance charges and the availability of water and electricity.

Moreover, why are the prices for new villas 16 Marla are so reasonable like 2.5 Coror for 2-3 bedrooms. Am I missing something? How do you see the future of it? will the prices appreciate or DHA PHase 3 is better?

Emaar is no more here now. Emaar bound property is now DHA-5, block E ( I think this is the block name).
Emaar villas, construction was poor & never came in limelight.
But if you spend some money for renovation, not a bad place to live…

If you want to choose between the two for living, I suggest DHA 3. Reasons:

• DHA 3 is under development and thus land price there has not skyrocketed. Though some areas are available for people to start constructing.
• Buying a plot will allow you to construct your house as per your choice.
• Plus there are some scenic spots planned in DHA 3 which is an added advantage.
