What's the advice about buying plot/ home in emaar ? Can some one share experiences and views about emaar pakistan and their projects in islamabad ?
Also the recent announcement of the 24-km signal free corridor of the Islamabad Expressway would impact EMAAR or not ?
I think Emaar does not sell plot, only houses.

1 Kanal around 1 crore. Although OLX shows more rate but the actual market is like that.
At least EMAAR is better than some other well known societies. The property is at least genuine. It’s not just a piece of paper.
