So i've decided to buy a home in eden lifestyle lake city, but considering i've heard about eden as a whole do you think i should buy it? There are literally millions of complaints against eden homes, stuff like they delay construction, lies and what not. My friends lives in eden and he says that he got the house with no problem.
Will buying through an agent will be safer?
Dear Waleed, these complaints are not baseless, in fact Eden Developers has gone bankrupt and all of their projects in Lahore including Eden abad, Eden residentia, Eden gardens/extension, etc., are completely stuck for more than 4 years and owners have no hope for recovery of their investment. The group, that was once the hallmark of success and delivered beautiful projects, like the one where your friend is living, is now struggling to restore cash flows by opening new projects like Eden Lifestyle. But this can go in drain too.

If this is a ready to live house in a well populated society then you may invest but after taking precautionary measures. If this is almost ready or soon to be ready then stay away as the risk would be too high.
