ECHS D18 Price Rise

Is it just me or has there been a big change in ECHS D-18 price rise 8 months back M Block 1.2 Kanal price were at 27 no they are at about 40. What’s going on here?

I think you can still get a kanal plot for around 35.

What do you think the future is for this sector m block

M block is flop block very down for investment H, J, C, D and A blocks are recomended

Whats the price in M block ? which touches gulshan sehat ?

People are demanding 30 to 35 but no sale purchase in M block even at 24 Lac for 1.2 Kanal

  • Which block is the best to live in

  • What are the development standards like

  • Do you see people moving in there

  • location wise it seems to be a good location between 2 major roads / motorway

Dear Khan007 sahib, Best Block are J and H the society is very decent and silent the management is lazy but Land is very solid environment is very healthy it is on height more than D-17 and AWT D-18.

Maximum Residents will be from upper class so best living environment in future the plots will 100% cross 1 crore once margala avenue will be operational.

Gulshan-e-Sehat E18 is a great value for money investment/buy at this point in time. Its only drawback has been little dealer interest. If you visit the society you may be surprised by number of houses - and very reasonable standard of development in phase I. They now have a second access to Fateh Jang Road as well - which directly opens in Phase II /Extension of E-18.

Many of you may not know but Paswal road connection is also there - and you can use the AWT interchange if you dont want to use FatehJang motorway interchange :).

ECHS is also connected to this - and actually adjacent. You can see ECHS from Sector C.

How much are plots in Block H and J. And do you know of any honest dealers that can offer plots here?

Also, is this a CDA recognized sector.

At the moment d-18 is not recognized by CDA, and it lies outside Islamabad capitol territory and actually it is in tehsil taxila, may be in future it can be included in Islamabad, but not currently. Anyway i don’t mind it is in or out of Islamabad, because the location and scenery is superb , land is very genuine and no filling at all. It is posh society of future because all plots are 60*90, and this is also one reason that it is not populated yet. Its access is from GT road and in future will also be from motorway, once the sangjani interchange is completed. Once 18th avenue is constructed, it may be connected directly with e-17, e-18, f-17, b-17 etc. Margalla avenue will really give a great boost to this society. Rest GOD knows better.

In block a, j and k price of one 60*90 plot is 45-50 lacs, but some demand up to 60 depending on corner or main road.
