I have a 1 kanal plot in E-17/3. Can some expert advise should i keep it or sale it, as i don't see any significant increase in price whats the future of this society.
Market is slow everywhere and Zone II especially for almost two years now. But future of E-17/3 is bright because it has a very good location plus it is an officially recognized CDA sector mentioned on CDA website. It is waiting for two energy tonics: Airport opening and Margalla Avenue completion. But even otherwise population is increasing so it will also grow inherently in due course inshaAllah. Latest positive is gas connections.
