Yes CDA approved because on when you open CDA website, you will find two kind of list, one is legal and the other is illegal. Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme name are mentioned in the list of legal society which mean approved. CDA cancelled NOC but the case still going on in Court. Any more details which you know please.
There are no buyers in the market for RP but for long term investment it is a good option.

If CDA cancels an NOC due to non acquization of required land, will they be obliged to complete the scheme / project by their own means & capacity? Because public has bought the plots on onitial NOC and it should be the responsibility of CDA not to let their investment go to drain.
Yes, absolutely right, when I contact with Dy. Director (CDA), he said, if you bought the plot the area which in CDA approved lay out plan, they no need to worry, if you buy a plot the areas outside then CDA will not responsible.
