I am looking into very small investment for long term. It can be in file/ plot. I was checking zameen and found e-16 and g-17. What's the status of these societies? Is it safe to invest in these societies for the long term? I don't care if its more than 5 years investment as long as it is safe and i don't lose my investment. Kindly suggest if these are ok to invest.

E-16 has two different societies
Cabinet Division E-16/2, 16/3 and Roshan Pakistan and there is a lot of difference between the two.
JazaKalAllah Brother for your detailed reply. I will stay away from G17. The one I was looking in E16 was E-16/4, that is Roshan Pakistan. Is this one any Good? and what exactly is the difference between cabinet division and Roshan Pakistan?
Dear Cabinet division has NOC / Roshan Paks NOC cancelled
Cabinet division is proper CDA designed society / Roshan Pak small society.
Roshan Pakistan has land acquiring issue, only buy possession or acquired lan plot.
Roshan Pak is cheaper than Cabinet.
Dear Muhammad Go with the suggestion and advise of the @imtiaz and the @Nasir. The development in The E 16 cabinet is good.
Cabinet is years ahead than Roshan Pakistan but also the fact that prices are quite high, comparatively in Cabinet than Roshan.
E16 location and access is ideal, however cdec development standard is ok but maintenace is poor.
Visit once and then decide.
E-17/3 is a better investment in Cabinet Society. Road from Faisal project and then to F-17-multi will connect with E-17/3.
Cabinet market is very quite these days; how long will it take to revitalize?
Please share your budget and preferences w.r.t living or investment, location etc so that other options may be given to you. We may have better options than both of these in your budget.
