Aoa, Why prices of e-12 plots are going up rapidly? Are there any signs of development in e-12 or just to sell plots on high price? Is it a good time to sale or wait for good time? Appreciate your information and suggestions. Thanks
The prices are rising because of coming elections. People are hoping that the new govt will come in and announce starting of development works in e-12. In fact what will happen only . Allah knows.

Dear sir there is no sign of development in e 12.I agree with pk1 that the people have some hope regarding next election.I m afraid there will be bubble burst in e12 prices,and people demands not look realistic.
I have a plot of 35 x 70 so what do you recommend i shall wait or sell it?

Any body knows why the prices are suddenly shootup in e-12? Any news about it ?
I have been monitoring and intending to invest in e 12 for the past three years. The price of a 25x40 plot was 17-18 lacs and all of a sudden they shot up to 30 lacs. The prcies with the same ration increased in g-14-1 also. I went to isb and met five different property dealers. All of them told me that the price hike in g-14 would sustain whereas e 12 would fall down. If you search on zameen.Com you would observe that the prices have come down from 30-35 lacs to 27-28 within a week. I have been told that the prices would come back to around 20 lacs. However nobody can predict with confidence. As far as i am concerned i guess the hike was bcoz of the two statements published in the press. One in 20 feb’s jang rawalpindi and the other one in 23 feb’s the news.
