E-12 Or D-12

Respected sir,

I want to know that which of the sector is good for investment and for residence in E12 and D12. Please make me clear which one of the CDA sector is ideal for investment in all sectors. The range for investment is 4million to 8 million.

Obviously d-12…Always buy authentic thing…E-12 is just in air…It is not a reality.

Sir in above mentioned options go for d 12 as already with possession and in over all cda sectors try to invest ur amount in g 13 or g 14 4

CDA has not taken over E-12 land as yet, there has been a long standing dispute on settlement with the locals that mafia in CDA is deliberately delaying for their vested interests. However, speculative sale-purchase has reached to its max in last 6-7 months. People say, it is mostly local Khans and Pirs of the shrine involved in artificial boost up of prices for obvious reasons.

D-12 is a reality and it is a top place in Islamabad to live. Pace of house construction is little slow though.

You might want to consider G-13 and G-14 (G14 possession sub-sectors only) for safe investment cum residence. Most of the houses already constructed, markets operational, Markaz still not developed. Quality of living would not be at par with D-12, but prices will grow in future. Good investment.

For low range investment, check out two non-CDA but solid options alongside Kashmir Highway. G-15 and G-16 (G16 possession plots only). G-15 is currently livable with lot of houses already built and occupied. G-16 will take another couple of years before life starts there. Prices will further grow in future.
