I am not a property expert but looking at the current standard of BT, it is on top of all the scoieties in Islamabad. I think this is the only one society which take care of the roads, cleaning and security even after the completion of the phase. I totally disagree with one man show. There are lot of companies owned by a single person or started by a person but it does not mean that if the guy died or disappear then every thing will vanished at once.
As a matter of common sense, why one should commit a mistake when his business is running very well and have trust too.
Bahria Enclave was started last year and they built the access road in less than six months. Do you guys think that the same road with same quality can be constructed by CDA in such a short period of time.

Regarding the completion and possesion> I have been there in site office of Bahria town in my last trip to Pakistan in January 2012. The marketing officer told me that the plan is to complete it by January 2013 as the last installment but as a margin he added six months more. Rest hope for the best.
Anybody when invests in any sector / field then he wishes to see all green.
Bahria Town of Malik riaz Hussain is total full and complete fraud.
Whenever , there would be fair government their management will go behind the bars but of a fair government there are very remote chanmces in our lives in the presence of two family monarchy system agreed in the much talked charter of democracy.

One man shows always collapse like a bubble. Recent developments show Malik Riaz has interests elsewhere and he aspired to become a political wheeler dealer after attaining real estate tycoon status.
Sell anything in Bahria today and it is better than waiting. Looks the Bahria bubble may burst the day Sup Court comes out with a decision.

Please don't be worried about the future of Bahria Town after Malik Riaz because its future is brilliant and no doubts about it, There is no one man show, em living here for past 4 years and i moved from DHA Karachi, since I moved to Bahria life feels so good, secure no load shedding clean and decent environment, no place in Pakistan can be compared with Bahria Town.

Anyone who has interest in Bahria should be little worried because of the risk involved! i.e. down fall of Bahria Town remember the land of whole BT is in name of Malik Raiz and has family! So if the court cases go again Malik Raiz things can go wrong! I mean it's not for sure but there is a possibility!

I would say that rather then analyzing everything, it's better we keep updated only on the news part. It will help us to be calm and to take right decisions peacefully. what's say?
