Indications are quite clear.
If prices won't fall it's not going to go up either.
It might take 3-4 years for the price to start going up.
Only way it can fall is global financial crisis or
if stock market exchange of Pakistan falls.
Other than that it's highly unlikely people will sell their assets.
At cheaper price you can try your luck within 3-4 years
And don't worry about price it's not going to go up anytime soon.

No signs of reduction of prices in DHA . Conservative investors still prefer DHA over Bahria Town. Even with global economy issues real estate in Pakistan will not get effected because majority of real estate in Pakistan are done on cash.
Yeah but real estate or any field can see a downturn in economic crisis like the PKR is pegged against the US$ and the latter seems in a bad scenario given their endless regime to print money backed by nothing. Our reserves even rely on US$. Crisis in US will see a crisis in Pakistan and in such a case prices seems to fall everywhere in every sector
