@lifeline_is If you already don’t have a house in ISB than I ll recommend you to go for G-11 or G-10, but under 3 crore budget you may get a 30x50 in G-10/4 or some old construction 30x60 in G-11, the price appreciation will be same or better but you may not get very good rentals. also for commercial you can check some shops in D-12 or a full unit in I-10, i-19 markaz near 10th avenue area. This area will boost massive after completion of 10th avenue. also on the end of 10th avenue the Leh express way will start. I am just opening some new options for you.

appreciate it, the house I was looking at is 25x50 and renovated… I have another house in G-11/1 same size and is rented for Rs. 88k also it was a new construction.

There has to be breakup by type. Sindh has the largest share due to Karachi port from where all the import duties are collected. The moment Gawadur port is operational, this proportion will tilt in favour of Balochistan.

So this is not a true reflection of respective share. Only “Income Tax” can reflect it.
