Honestly one can’t be sure about how dollar will behave over the next year. It may fall, it may rise but if the government follows through with the macroeconomic measures that it has been touting, the value should not change too drastically anymore. Then again, one has trouble trusting governments, any bloody government and these ones are particular infamous for their u-turns.
Gents, the equation is simple: for now bucks in relation to intl. loans received so that will keep foreign reserves poised. In shorter term you may see USD touching 150, temporirely. Map the timeline for loan repayments and those are the exact time lines when PKR will start to get the hits again.
Current data on inflation, unemployment, etc. Suggests so, unless exports increased massively...
On a similar note USD-PKR parity in the context of real estate, this is high time for genuine buyers to go for buying, ideally range around 5 million!
