I have one 10 marla plot in bahria golf view lahore, is it wise idea to sell the plot and buy 2 5 marla plot in dha phase 9.

Or any comments on bahria golf project please.

I think you would get possession on Golf View Residencia of BTL before the DHA Phase 9 even starts development. I suggest you keep the former, and when you have more funds get one or two 5-Marla Files in the later so to diversify the investment.

I think it is a good decision because as soon as balloting is done in Phase 9 rates will increase.
