Need advise about the documentation charges for a new house. I have booked a 120 yds one unit house with a very renowned builder in karachi. The possession is expected by june this year. I have deposited 450 k as development charges. Now the builder is demanding 1.2 million for documentation. For me, 1.2 million just for documentation is too much.
Please advise.
