I want to get my documents attested from hec. I live in doha. Is there any way to get it attested?
I also had the same issue. I want to get my degree attested from Higher Education Commission, but neither did my relatives in Pakistan have time nor I had any other source to complete the task.

If u have any ur relative in pakistan then send him an authority letter with documents to be attested.he can do attestation on ur behalf.

The amount can also be sent in the form of a Bank Draft. Before making the Bank Drafts, please ensure that bank drafts are:

· Drawn from a BANK with direct operations in Pakistan (preferably Pakistani bank).
Note: Drafts drawn by third party banks or MONEY EXCHANGE COMPANIES will not be considered valid. Please make sure that payment proof is attached along with the documents being sent to Gerry’s office.
ii. Funds Transfer

It is pertinent to mention here that the applicants must take correct & accurate bank account details as given above to ensure that they do not face any delays or problems. Forwarding of payment proof via email is must after which the applicant’s case will be accepted and entered in the computer system for onwards forwarding to HEC. Please make sure that payment proof is also attached along with the documents being sent to Gerry’s office.
International applicants are advised to ensure that their contact number(s), postal address and valid e-mail are given in the online application form, so that they can be contacted in case of any clarification.
Requirements for Degree Attestation
Ø Printout of Application Form of the same day.
Ø Original SSC, HSSC, Bachelor Degree and Onwards along with Result cards/ DMCs/ Transcripts.
Ø Set of Photocopies of Above listed documents for HEC record.
Ø Copy of Computerized National Identity Card/ Passport (in case of Foreign Nationals).
Ø Equivalence of HEC in case of Bachelor or Master Degree, etc. From abroad or Deeni Asnaad.
Ø In case a degree has not been issued, the Detailed Marks Certificate/Transcript can be attested provided:
· Verification letter from the Controller of Examinations of the concerned university is attached.
· The applicant has passed degree programme within the three years from the date of commencement of examination.
Ø In case application is being submitted by a person other than the degree holder, the following documents are required:
· Authority letter duly attested by a Grade 17 officer for the authorized person.
· Copy of the Computerized Identity Card of the Authorized person.
Ø For attestation of “Shahadatul Almiya fil uloomm al Arabia wal Islamia” please enter particulars of Middle, Aama, Khasa in the online application form and attach equivalence given by HEC.
Ø For attestation of “Equivalence letter” issued by HEC, attach original Equivalence letter along with attested copies of all documents.
Ø For the attestation of "CPSP Fellowship/Membership" certificate get it verified from the controller of examinations of CPSP before submitting to HEC.
Note: HEC attests original documents first then photocopies. No request for the attestation of photocopies would be entertained without the attestation of original documents.

Fill Application Form i.e. Personal information, Educational detail and then select the required documents for attestation.
There are three options for attestation
(i). Self-Submission
(ii). Through Authorized Person and (iii). Through Courier. Select the third option “Through Courier” and click “submit” the application form.
Select the Certificate option and press the button “Confirm”.
Click the button Print Application Form and then print.
Visit the OCS Courier office along with all your original documents (matric onwards) with a photocopy set, and prescribed fee, as well as, the Printed Application Form.
