We have four members. Two brothers and two sister. Both brothers are married and both sisters not get married. Now the dispute is that one of the brother demand share on our home (property) where we sister are living and we dont have any other place to live the other brother is also live with us on upper portion of our home. The property owner is our mother and she is died. Kindly suggest us will brother illegible in mother's property.
We sisters sell our jewery to build our house. And one more thing our mother adopted a son he is 28 years old and he is and he is still live with us and take care of us (doing job)and give all money to us for house hold work. Now tell will he get share from property.As we teo sister and one brother(job less) also want to give him share. Kindly tell what to do.
