What is reputation of divine developers for divine gardens?
Divine gardens , i heared most of houses are pledged with bank of punjab,. Development area is good though. Alot of upside if scheme is developed upto the promises as location is just awesome

I heard they have failed to deliver. They project was launched in Jan 2010 with the promise to complete in 3 year. According to that it should have been completed in Jan 2013. It seems no way near completion even now.
Divine Gardens is next to Metro, Airport Road, Lahore.
Yes thts true and also prices r high, 5 m for 50lacs. But its a big scheme so may be take time. As i told u earllier tht som houses are pledged with bank of punjab and there was a notice also.
You can chk dha homes, eden avenue and askri 10 all in same vicinty for living purpose. But dont think it would give you any thing like capital gains.
I have seen Eden Ave, the quality is not so good. I am looking for a brand new house, ready to move in.
Eden extension , you can get refurbished houses ftr gettong old one , yes houses r old , c divine or eden extension or if you really want a high end go to phase 7 dha villas ummm near golf course.
