Hi my name is junaid ali, i am from karachi.
My father passed away in 2009 because of illness, after him in 2014 my granddad passed away. I have four 5 uncles(chachu). My dad bought properties 2 of them are on my uncle's name, 1 is still on my dad's name and 1 is on my granddad name. He did buy property on my uncle's name but not because its his property just because he thought our uncles(chachu) will support us after him but unfortunately it is not happening.We are two brothers 3 sisters and our mom. Now we are asking for our share because its our right as our father is passed away so we are entitled to get his share, but my 2 chachus are saying we are not entitled for any share because our father passed away before our granddad, which is not true i guess. But my other 3 chachu have agreed to give us our share. Please advice us what is the best thing to do for now as we are really struggling.
