Assalam-o-Alaikum!
I would like to start this thread with the aim to have status of development of overseas block in Bahria Town Karachi (AKA BTK), status installments, status of buying in selling and any other update.
Any other update which buyers, investors, sellers and long time buyer would like to know, share and ask.
I would like to start with myself, I booked my plot in overseas and have already submitted my two installments on time (actually one month a head).
As of now I am holding this plot and thinking to submit all installments on time and later on take possession.
My first question is can I sell my overseas plot just like non-overseas plot are sold in market. Is it possible? Does anyone have a experience of it.

Yes you can sell overseas plot file.
What is the current rate of overseas block with installments? i am interested in purchasing one. 03215775412 is my no.
@Mohammad, you have to visit BTK office in order to make file transfer. I don’t think it would be wise idea to sell your overseas file as its very hard to get and currently all development work is going on in overseas blocks

I will repeat same question of Brother Sohail. Do we have current rates of overseas plots/homes/flats. Is their anyone who buy or sell his overseas investment, please share ur experience, exact process, profit and etc.
I have confidence that Bahria will deliver in Karachi but unfortunately in Pakistan to be successful it requires a lot handwork and also stable governance, I really hope that project will be a success. But in case project is freezing or not showing any progress then we have to be ready.
