Hi,
Recently one of a trusted friend recommended me to invest into Discovery Garden. Seems like location is a bit far from Islamabad but I am interested due to installments. I can go for 10M plot for 37.8m PKR.

Appreciate suggestions / reviews / comments by seniors and help with this please.

Go for CDA approved societies. In this amount you can get good options in Zone 2 which will soon be main Islamabad.
