This would be my first purchase from my life time shavings.Please give me honest advise
1. Royal palm city gujranwala ? Is it a safe investment ? Risk involved ?. My investment goal is 2-3 years
2. I am thinking to buy cash file which is being sold under director;s quota. They take all the money and issue you to rs100 affidavit ?.What is the legality of this affidavit and risk involved. Any other general advice will be much appreciated.
