Asalam o alikum dear fellows i want to invest my hard earned money but i am little confuse total time period is not more than one year total amount is 40 lac. I have two priorities dha or b.Enclave kindly tell me which is better in this range. I only want to get profit on my investment which one give me the higher returns.
Bahria enclave G,J and N sectors 10 marla non developed plot. I am also investing in Bahria enclave InshAllah. In DHA you will only get DHA 2 extention file in this range with no signs of development in near future.
Better go for 8 marla plot in BE Sector N

I would not recommend to invest in any project by Bahria.
I have investment in zone 8 stuck for years now and no chance of decent price appreciation.
You have earned hard money so I do not feel comfortable if you apply in ANY phase of bahria islamabad / lahore or karachi.
It is all a gamble.
Go for it only if you want to take a risk.
Your money may not be doomed but return will be marginal.

For one year time frame Enclave is not recommended;
Just study yourself how much N has gained during last 1 year.
Enclave N 8 marla st 50-56 have posesion. So as rates have moved up.
Two 5 marla in N are also a good option if budget is upto 50.
In 40 u can have a posesion plot as well and non developed in some +-.

Dear all I have a similar question except the budget is 50-60. I can find a 10 Marla in dha 2 sector p or something in enclave ? 10 Marla or two 5 Marla … What do you suggest ? I understand dha but no idea of enclave
Enclave 10 marla upto 52+- in J/N and lees than 50 in G-
C1 1o marla 60+ good Loc plot.
5 marla non posesion plots in N @ 25 and posesion G/H @ 30+-.

Waqar Ahmed, DHA is out of range for budget of 50 to 60 lacs.
The Sector N has gained few lacs over the last 8 months or so.
