DHA Valley

Dear, what is the status of dha vally islamabad.

Down hill i think.....

project launched in 2008 and probably less then 10 % development so far...

I have heard that possession of DHA Homes and some block in DHA Valley will be offered in 2016.

I had heard the same in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014… :slight_smile:

I have personnel invested in DHA Valley in 2 plots but now seriously considering to get rid of these, overall my first interaction as overseas Pakistani with DHAI and huge disappointment

Market is booming again for DHA Valley (off course another bubble) and those who want to get rid of, their time is about to come including me..

Samra: What are the sources of your news since you are the respected Blogger of Zameen your news would be reliable.

DHA homes shud be given possession quickly otherwise they will be damaged by the rains if left for few more years. Some houses already cracked on outside walls.

Its my sincere advice to all DHA valley investors :)

Plz quit from DHA Valley and invest in Zone - II and near to airport. So that u can get reasonable return in coming 2 years.

@ Furqan hameed sb…Sir plz indicate some potential investments in zone 2 which can reap profits…So far zone 2 is more or less a flop show and such claims are aired every year but results are always opposite to what zone 2 supporters claim.

All the claims are aired coz due to delay in MA and New Airport. Once they will be operational then prices will start increasing.

If u see all the news in last 5 years regarding Zone-II, you will find that all news were associated to these 2 mega projects. But due to delay prices are not increasing.

the second thing is that in Zone-II u can get Islamabad beauti (scenery)

I don't think so prices will go up in Vally soon. DHA has been stucked in Gujranwala, phase 9 & 8 (Lahore) , Multan, KHI etc.

My personal choices are Wapda, AWT and MOC in Zone II. All are sleeping beauties. Specially scenary of Wapda and MOC is CoOl.

Sir forget about these project in medium to short term…

Return can be in 5 years.

For short term returns stock market is good these days :slight_smile:

Dha valley is a risky investment. 5 Saal tuk tu kuch nahi hai idher :wink:

But 5 Saal tak zone 2 will be better

DHA Valley is like a royal camel ,never to be served at dinner with delicious rice and salad and cold drinks,except the special royally dreamers increasing its price value to many million dollars ,for the name tag of being royal.

ITS importance will increase with time, giving birth to many calf( baby camels) so to increase the royal tag numbers.

VALLEY WILL shine when china road and rail link corridors will open from north ,and that's a long way at least 15-20 years. OR when DHA 2 EXTENSION will boom with houses. OR SOME MAGIC HANDS CAN TURN THE CAMEL DOWN FOR FINAL SHOW DOWN( looks very rare bcz of lower middle social status of investors)WITH NEGLIGIBLE INFLUENCE.
