@ Shahbaz Mukhtar....surely commercial areas, schools, health facilities will take some time although security is already deputed at Valley. DHA 2 was the same nine years ago when we started living here with no schools, transport or commercial areas etc. We used to bring all our stuff to run our home like Atta, Daal, vegetables etc from Chaklala for a long time.

People who are given possession of their homes in Valley will have to do the same and shop on the main Kallar double road which has everything available including schools/health care etc. They will be just HAPPY to live in their own homes WITHOUT THE COMMERCIAL AREAS ETC.

You are right, Shahnaz, we did the same when we shifted to DHA-2. DHA gifted a car to the very first family who had heart to live there!

Valley shifting is a different, episode though!

They need to put some life in the dead skeletons of rest of the blocks by announcing handover with a Big Bang.

Kalar Saydan road is in focus now as prices already creeping up of the road facing plots.

I can see good sale purchase in Oleander & Lilly and may be in the adjacent plots to Homes, such as Daffodil, too.

Having said that, my best may not be good, lady, but I think valley is going to see good days now.

The basic difference between DHA-2 and Valley shifting is that in DHA-2, people had to decide upon whether or not it was appropriate building houses on their plots for shifting whereas in valley just bring stuff and enjoy living!

Jasmin 5 Marla is around 9-10 lacs fully paid. DHA Home sectors, 5 Marla is around 14-15 lacs fully paid. Price offset is the plot being as a category or non category one.

DHA will is a good investment opportunity for 1 to 5 years period. Current prices are well below the par value in neighbouring areas. People were reluctant to buy in Valley due to delay in delivery. Now things are taking shape, extensive development work is in progress. 2.5 MW grid station was inaugurated for DHA Homes. Commercial building is under construction.

Invest in Oleander, Lilly, Bluebell, Magnolia, Sunflower and Daffodils blocks for 1-3 years and for 4-5 years in other blocks.

DHA Valley 5 marla price ranges between 6.50 lacs to 14 lacs and 8 marla plots between 9 lacs to 19 lacs.

Prices of 5 and 8 marla plots in other neighbouring societies are 22 and 35 lacs respectively.

For the Bluebell, Dhadhoocha dam drama is still being awaited for its drop seen!

One must avoid this and Rose as well.

Other sectors, you mentioned are no doubt advisable.

This is one of the biggest reasons that Expressway is still standing still right at the place where it was stalled years before!

What about zinia block is it effected by Dhadhoocha dam and what is the status of development.
