Not sure about the prices going up of overall dha valley but hopefully some blocks might see some improvement based on their location. Meanwhile check out the dha valley official page on dhai website; people are forminga pressure group again to take dha to courts. An unlikely scenario in my view
Have any of you guys watched 1 year old program "Apna apna gareban"? Host actually discussed DHA Valley & DHA2 Ext issue with ex DHA official and one and only Malik Riaz. In this program DHA official said that they have sold more files then actual land and its impossible to build project without accruing extra land etc.

Had that been true then dha valley had an excellent option to cut extra files who did not pay their dues. This way dha valley could have gotten rid of these 'extra' files in the market. But they did not and gave warnings 3 times and i dont whether they cancelled this last february or not.
Furthermore, a shout out to everyone on this forum for any update on valley especially on dha home blocks lily and oleander!
I visited dha valley site 2 days before...
The underpass work has been started on the railwaycrossing which was the main hurdle on expressway...
The work is now going on at a fast pace may be this is the reason in the increase in price...
Furthermore the tenders of rawalpindi through way
(5 lanes signal free from rawat to zero point)are open now which has a positive impact on the prices of all housing schemes on this road...

The Dam issue has been resolved.one dam will be build by punjab govt which has nothing to do with dha land.
The second dam will be built by dha in its own land and it was pre planned
