I was given the same update yesterday by Valley Customer Services on granting possession in Oleander, Lilly and Homes starting from June to August. Lets hope it does start in June, Insha Allah

Dear Friends, Please be careful. Who ever will be trapped in rumors, will get a good loss. Only buy the plots that are confirmed and on ground.
Some plots are confirmed and developed in Valley or should avoid any investment in valley?
I think possession will start after Eid.
DHA Homes possession will be given in phase 1 and afterwards Oleander, Bluebell, Lilly, Magnolia.
Prices increased few days ago and now settling down. I think DHA Valley prices will take another jump nearing possession of DHA Homes.
Current prices of 8 Marla plots are as follow:
Oleander 7.70 to 8 lacs profit
Bluebell 6.25 to 6.50 lacs profit
Lilly 5.50 to 5.75 lacs profit
Magnolia & Sunflower 14 to 14.25 lacs Total price

I was in Pakistan last week and visited Oleander/DHA home blocks. Could not believe that in just 6 months, valley has been developed so much!
Will any way are working there in real sense and if GHQ keeps slapping MR’s butts and the last 6 months development pace gets continued, valley will be an example for the developers.
Actually I wanted to sell my Oleander commercial as it jumped up from 35 to 48 lacs but I decided to hold as after the handover, it will again increase.
If you are having commercials in Oleander & in Lilly, DO NOT SELL NOW!
Wait till 1200 units or so handed over. I think 1000s of families will need to buy stuff and if your commercial is near to homes, build a plaza and rent it OR after building sell it.
Thank you Qayyum Sab for sharing this information; i had visited too the valley in April and got surprised too. The deployment of machinery was huge and the way they were working was like an emergency.
At that time a small patch like 500m of road was not carpeted , has it been done?
Have you managed to pull out any information regarding possession?
I had a chat with one foreman supervising the development work and he was telling me that they have immense pressure and the possession will most probably be around EID.

The missing patch was having crush laid out but my car was OK even on the same track. We visited all the way to homes. Nice roads and to my surprise more home clusters were visible. I visited long time ago the same place. The expressway through the sunflower seems still not near to completion as the dam-perceived sectors, Bluebell, Rose etc., need to be crossed through!
Regarding handover…..missing information but I think before Eid-Al-Adha, enunciated by most mouths around

Extremely sorry for not knowing your answer. This place is another Islamabad and my leave was very short and it was very hot as well.
Talking of DHA-2, I was deeply impressed by sector P. They just started the development and what the scenery there, indeed!
Sector K & L are side by side being either side of the expressway and will be hot in near future as they are at height. The commercial in sector D (I hope I am right in name) on the left side of the expressway will be getting and is getting more attention as it is going to be the 1st developed commercial.
If I had money readily available, I must have bought some commercial there!
I think this part of DHA-2 will be far more beautiful than the proper DHA-2. Just my 2 cents, experts can correct me!
Please update about Boganvella, what is its status,Is there any issue bcoz development is not yet started in this Block. Whenever i call DHA office they said that development is started in this Block, while in Google map this area has no sign of development. Any news about its development & Possession,

I visited BT phase-8. Coming up good but prices of commercials are still falling or staying the same. Residential prices are now coming up. Secretor M, a 5 Marla increased from 14 lacs to 17 lacs. Garden city, although no transfer but people are buying & selling on stamp papers and prices are also increased in GC. I think after DHA-3 completes audit of GC, the prices will again make a jump.
I had an opportunity of buying a 1 Kanal commercial in sector M @ 1 crores on installments but when I put learned people in the deal to dig in the buyout, it turned out to be a fishy deal as the dealer who was posing the original purchaser from MR, ran away from the scene saying, the plot was sold!
To my surprise this dealer runs a busy office in BT phase-8? Be careful guys! Do your homework even in BT before buying!
