DHA Phase 2 Ext plots were not sold by DHA. These Plots (Certificates)were given to land owners against 4 kanal land.

During peek time these certificates were traded in market between 38-40 lekh.

In 2005 Price was doped at lowest level 5.60 lekh.

Current price is 23-25 lekh approx.

I’m hearing from dealers that valley sectors which are standing still like overseas Bogenvelia plots may be transferred to DHA Phase 2-Extension. How true is this ?

I have visited the site via Kallar Sayedan Road and very happy to share with you guys that the work is in full swing. A huge amount of machinery is moving around in Oleander and Lilly block carpeting the roads. Some labours are fixing the light poles, some fixing grass and trees between and sides of roads and some are giving water to the plants. I was there for 3 hours and the way they were working seems that they will turn the site livable in days.

I am very much satisfied with the current movement in valley.

How is the situation of access road now?

Around 300/400 meters needs to be asphalted only and the work was going on there.

Were you able to see the overhead bridge that was planned to link Oleander block with the gate on Islamabad Expressway? Is it being worked upon or nothing yet?

Speculations have no end... However, realistically speaking, the approach road and possession of homes, must give increase of few lacs.

I have only visited oleander and Lilly blocks and no bridge was sighted there in these two blocks. They are giving access to Lilly & Oleander through Kallar Sayedan Road and the homes will be delivered in first lot. I don’t know how long they will take to deliver but there work speed and deployment of heavy machinery moving around there was telling me that it will take few months only not years…

How was the development work in OLEANDER block?

The appraoch to Oleander from the Islamabad Express Gate of DHA Valley is the star attraction. This approach needs a bridge and an underpass, both of which are being shown to the visitors by the DHA Valley/BT staff.

Kallar Sayyedan Road appraoch is also there, which you described.
