@ Ahmed the news of daduchq dam i shared is the news of March 2014 not old. Kindly search your self on internet even you will find this news on forcesestate website. AS per supreme court orderr daducha dam has to build at original location and thats why investment in valley specially in blocks where land is not acquired is not good
So what’s the future of valley. Now that DHA and Bahria are having issues in Karachi?

This is very valid question. The same question was in my mind after the problems between DHA and Bahria in Karachi.
I think this is not positive thing for the joint venture of DHA and Bahria in DHA Valley Project. I think this project will be delayed further and further if they were not been able to resolve the current clashes.

I visited the dha valley site a few days back.I haven’t observed any development.It is the same as 2 years back.I talked to their staff and they said that we are right now not sure about possession it will take about 2-3 years.The same thing they told me almost 2 years back.So i am very disappointed with the pace of development in dha valley.

Don’t despair Saleh bro, you just seem to be an early bird investor who eventually benefits the most. Depends how long you can hold your breath, you’ll surely find the biggest pearl. Take my words for it and just hang in valley until its possession. Why break the fast at Asar when Iftar is only an hour away.

well it seems very disappointing that investors are still struck there. I have heard that Bahria Town was given the charge of development? If this is so, why would bahria undertake construction there, when DHA has instituted a case against Bahria’s project of constructing flyovers and underpasses in Karachi???

People with a lot of waste/corrupt money or serious problems of day dreaming invest in such projects....never mind
Rates are down but the overall market is slow as well, plus as far as i understand DHA valley is still a very good investment in Zone 5 that too in DHA, because one can not get anything in 10 lacs from Airport Chowk till Rawat.
But what is better in having piece of paper for less than ten lacs?

Valley is coming back slowly to its original worth,end blocks are almost at level,as its loosing its face value approx 5 to 10 percent everymonth,in a months time,you ll find some blocks in minus,if u have an amount to spare to take a chance it can give you a jackpot,but more wait is advisable as all these premiums will go in minus,then it will be the rite time to buy and hold it for some years
