Real Estate market in Islamabad/Rawalpindi as a whole is on a stand still, more sellers but less buyers, demand and supply issue, market is silent, rates are declining in DHA valley as well.
You can wait to buy or opt to buy now, depends which block are you interested in as in some blocks the prices are still stable.

I have been keen to get my hand on blue bell 5 marla,which i am deliberately delaying in order to it get a better bargain,it was being traded at 6.50 at start of feb,and now can be easily fetched between 5.40 to 5.50,so on average valley is declining everyday to some extent,unless a new wave is generated i wont be suprised if it dips a further in the next couple of months,dha homes due to possession expected and being a proper constructed house in these inflated hit times,are stagnant or going up,rest valley plots are getting back to square one

I wouldn’t believe everything on the internet when it comes to spending money, I have been checking the market for a while and it does look a bit unstable
