I have 4 plots in DHA Valley. Blocks are snow drops, Eglentine, Glaxonia & last one I forget.
Kindly need current up date about it's price & should we hold it, if yes, till how long?

You should hold your plots, market is slow, but they will give you good return in long term.
The rates are as follows.
Bluebell, Rose, Tulip on the top, Profit rate is 5 to 7.5 Lac
Eglentine, Daisy 3.5 to 4.5 Lac.
Orleander and Lilly 4-5 Lac
Overseas block does not have any rate as payment are made in Dollars.
Glaxonia and Zenia 3-4 lac
Last Blocks Iris, Lotus and Lavender having the lowest profit 2.5to 3.5 Lac.

Nasir Khurshid, A good effort. Useful for many buyers/sellers. Please also add prices of Commercial plots of both 4 & 8 Marla in these Secs.

Sir, the word Long terms needs to be explained literally bcos the project is already been delayed for more than 2 years and the way they are going it seems it will take couple of decades to be completed or may be afterwards or never whichever comes later...
Sir, is there any sepculation in the market about time frame of DHA valley's completion like usually for Bahria ppl used to speculate the completion period (i.e. Within a year or two and so on)..
