I am overseas pakistani and i have a 8 marla plot in dha valley oleander block in street 51, dha has announced that for a limited period of time we can transfer our plot to bahria town phase 8 rawalpindi , i have called bahria offiec and they said yes we can request but transfer will definitely not be in ali block, omer bloack or abu baker block , and location is not confirmed yet,,after waiting for such a long time in dha valley my question is that please advise if it will be good decision to move to bahria phasee 8 or we should stick to dha valley.

Both are playing games , there is no activity in bahria phase 8 they just want to grab frustrated DHA valley customers especially overseas customers and to boost the market of phase 8 , while DHA vally management has sold themselves already to Malik Raiz ,I think at least 5 years are needed for valley to make something out if it,its just crawaling in no direction now.
Better to move Phase-8 immediately as DHA valley has some dam issue & even if its developed, it will take more than 5-yrs to become livable whereas Phase-8 is livable right now. Uncertainity is attached with DHA Valley whereas Phase-8 is on ground with certainity. If u read the ad carefully, it states that all those people who wants possession & start construction early may apply that means Bahria would accomodate them somewhere which is close to possession. Its wrong news that development activity is not going on in Phase-8 these days. In fact development is going on in Phase-8. Rest decision is yours

Something good is in your way soon, don't get trapped by Bahria town , my gut feeling is that DHA valley will boost rapidly within next few months , ""note it"" if you have waited for so long ,be patient for next year or two , fruit is very near. You will not get any 8 marla plot in this price in whole Islamabad and Rawalpindi

Bahria phase safari valley with pssession is much better than Dha valley so somebody get chance then move immediately.

10,000 DHA valley plots are being merged into BT phase-8 and Karachi. MR has land there. Also only 2 furlong distance is left to get from mafia on the GT road access to BT which will clear soon. I already wrote that MR is coming back to Pindi with a big bang.
Having said that although it is good to sell now in DHA valley and go for merging as plot in valley have gained. Yesterday it was huge business in DHA valley.
Dam issue is not for all valley. DHA has almost all land in posession only dam part of valley could not be possessed by MR. Actually DHA-2 is on the rise and so will do valley's possessed sectors.
Valley development is going on and hopefully will pick up as all news and indicators are now showing positive.
But if you could afford, hold DHA valley plots....this area will speak up in near future...
Few years back Bahria gave same opportunity to Phase-9 file holders to shift in Phase-8. All those people who availed that chance are in better position now whereas those who didnt shift to Phase-8 are cursing to that time now. My brother is also one of them suffering in Phase-9. Keeping in mind the past behavior of Bahria, I assume that Bahria only give this opportunity to its investors when either it doesnt have suffient land in hand or land is seriously disputed. Right now MR is under pressure of Army to accomodate valley investors & his machinery is working in valkey as well, just imagine if MR comes out of this pressure in next 1-year then valley project once again be delayed & all those people waiting for possession in valley would suffer a lot. All those waiting for valley possession in december would be disappointed as very few portion can be given possession to keep this project alive & rest would take yrs again. I am thinking so much negative as i have been observing Bahria tactics for the last 7-yrs. So, if u get opportunity to move towards Phase-8, it wont be a bad idea coz u can atleast visit & live in Phase-8 whereas u dont expect any such thing in valley even in next 1-2 yrs. This is just my observation which can be wrong so pls take ur own decision.
What about lilly block.
Should Lilly file holder also try to move out or stay put.

I have 8 marla plot in Bluebell sector, so I discussed the transferred option with DHA Velley official even Brig. Rank, some Behria officials and few property dealers. Everybody advice me to hold the plot. Because Bluebell is the most developed and profitable sector, even its out of zone the dadocha dam. Anybody who have plot in Bluebell never goose for swipe in Behria. Right now Bluebell 8 marla plot price around 1.5 million and after possession which is expected in the coming December, 2015 plot will jumped around 3 million

I have main bulavard plot in Rose and somebody told me that rose and bluebell are going to vanish for dam. I dont know its true or not but these both sector’s are most develop and costly so how can it comes under hammer. Any body have any info about rose please share.
I talked with Brigader rank officer cell No.0320-5010777, according to his statement PC-I and Map already ready in Punjab Government, Bluebell and Rose 100% safe. Only dealers spread rummer to dis heart the people because they earned something during sale purchase. If these two sector vanish then why his price 1.5 million.

The best news, ever listened that Bluebell is out of the dam. It means location is changed.
This will change the whole fate of valley. If I had plot there, I would never sell now or merge.
