How is DHA Valley for investment? Persons who have already bought flat here shall wait or sell it at available prices?
What is the construction status here, are the conflicting issues still going on?
DHA valley is still on papers nothing physical.
You have to w8 for at least 2 more years.Development is going there but no news or signs of possession.
2 year are not enough I would say another 05 years to development. DHA valley is a next generation project.
Yes, it will take much time, plus DHA might give possession of DHA homes and some blocks in near future.
I asked Dha office they said Initially we will give possession to overseas block first and may be one or two blocks local...
So firstly Sunflower,Magnolia and Bogenvilla and then the rest of the blocks...

Prices varies from plot to plot.You payed amount in foreign currency or Pakistani rupees?
I have two plots in overseas one payed in foreign currency(USD) and one in PKR.Dealers offer profit on the amount we have paid.
Roughly price on average would be 1300000 to 1500000

I think the best way to realize some returns is to hold it till possession.
I think the rate would be 500 USD profit as a dealer offered me for my plot a month ago aprox.Yeah i agree as soon as they announce possession the amount would be doubled at least because 8m plot in this price is not available anywhere in RWP/ISB
