As I wrote here a year before that rawalpindi ring road is written in stone.

DHA have been very smart in taking 3,500 kanal land from MR just in the vicinity.

BT is equally beneficiary as their deep sectors are also connecting to it and there will be a direct link all the way to the new Islamabad airport and, it is being heard, sector E1 will be the closest point to that access.

DHA-2 will have a fun of it, having rawat road bigger & signal free on one side and this ring road access to the motorway en route to new islamabad airport, on the other side.

I am rather sure of this as nawaz has to win the rawalpindi/islamabad next elections and he knows the roads very well.

Now i think the valley investments are going to be fruitful, in shaa allah.

Its a good sign for folks on this side of the capital. But based on the amount of development happening in zone2 . Dont think DHA Valley will be a big winner here .. They will get some benefit and prices will go up as well , but it will not be a huge difference.

You are trying to quote a 3 months old news, which doesn't even give any timelines for the project execution...!!!

They will prepare a proposal and try to get investors for that billion rupees project. And how many years or decades it will take???
