I'm thinking it was my mistake to buy plot in overseas Pakistan DHA phase II because dollars is going high but value of plot is not going low.
This area is not yet developed from DHA. I booked this plot in 2007 year when dollars was Rs 84.
Well since the past +5 years dollar has been doing better than most of the properties in Pakistan i.e. it was 60+ five years back and now it’s 95+. This trend may continue for a few more years … thats why now overseas Pakistanis are mostly only buying property for living and not form investment point of view as these days dollar is doing better than property in Pakistan!
