What is the fate of dha valley overseas block, sunflower sector. When the possession will start & what is the current price of 8 marla plot
Another 5 years in waiting as DHA does not have possession of overseas block. Villages are settled and until DHA gets possession they cannot start the development work. It could either be sooner if they can take over the land but my estimate is 5 years at-least. I’m thinking of holding on to my plots for now until end of 2016.
Sunflower is already possessed by dha,infact the first sector which was initially developed but later stopped
