i am looking for advice to buy 8 marla plot in DHA valley overseas Block sunflower . i am overseas pakistan would be thankful for your honest opinion wether to invest on how ,uch price or give me option of good investement block with prices .

Sun flower ALL block is now in Dhadhoocha Dam & part of Tulip as well.
But yes DHA will transfer allottees to clear blocks but first, as per talk of town، zero surcharge files would be included in next ballot.
Better buy ballot file in clear blocks…
In clear blocks a 5 Marla touching 50 & 8 Marla reached 70 Lacs.
Non clear blocks zero surcharge files now cost max 35 Lacs & there is good chance they would be included in next ballot, being said in March-22.
