DHA valley is way better investment.
Consider Gulberg Residencia 30-60 plot. Prices are increasing on daily bases and after five years it will give good return.
I had a brief visit of valley the other day,as i am /was interested in a 5 marla blue bell,to hold it for couple of years,but the place is in a complete mess at the moment,though you ll find dealers their telling you different stories of possession and stuff,but to me it never looked attractive,unless the access is built,as at this stage even visiting their is a donkey ride,the location in future might become attractive,but you need a decade,saadi bro what do u say
Agreed with Adnan there is nothing on the ground in valley and it will take five to ten more years.
PAEC Rawat is far away from Rwp Isloo and not recommended project as most of the office bearer of this society are presently behind the bar.

True, it is a very long term investment, but for you kind information, from Karal Chowk till Rawat, you will not find a 5 marla plot in 10 lac anywhere, what else can you buy in that range. It is DHA after all.

Valley was a good project aimed to fecilitate lower middle class but become a victim of two big guns DHA and BT. Up till now there is nothing on the ground and when will people get possession there not known after passing almost decade. So fresh investment in such project whose future is doubtful does not seem ok to me.
Yes agreed one cannot find five Marla plot in ten lacs from Karal to Rawat but he has mentioned his budget of 1.7 m and for the investment of 4-5 years having this budget range Gulberg is the best where development is underway and prices are appreciating considerably.
