DHA Valley: Oleander/Lilly blocks on rise while other property stalled?

Ever wondered why dha valley, commercial and residential is coming up on weekly basis, in oleander & lilly, while other property in twin cities is stalled? May be I solved the puzzle, did you?

In chaklala scheme-3, there are only 900 plots and you see the business activity there and the success of commercial area!

Likewise, they are going to hand over some 1000 dha homes in dha valley and we can compare dha home would-be-township with scheme-3.

1000 units means at least 3,000 inhabitants and if one DHA home family spends rs 10,000 per month for utilities, it means 10 crore business per month for the commercial community near oleander & lilly!

Peculiar way of projection but do you agree?

Today 4 Marla commercial in Valley is at 70 lacs and 8 Marla category residential reached 20 lacs.

Trend is still rising!

Your point about the activity to be generated with the population of around 1000 families is very valid but again the apple to apple comparison of valley with Scheme 3 may not be valid.

Possession of homes will be a very big boosting factor to whole valley project.

The 20 lacs will be for Oleander Block, I think.

Yes Khan Sahab, "like for like" may not be valid but after handover, I can see big boost to these blocks. I think it could be the best investment in these blocks in current time.

I think 2 years to Residential and an immediate return on commercials, even at present price, post handover.

Gud time is near for valley. Yesterday they inaugurated 2.5MW Grid Station for homes.
