Development work is in full swing in dha valley islamabad. Possession of dha homes is expected shortly whereas possession of plots in selected sectors will be given afterwards.

Major roads are development. Road carpeting from kalar syedan road is almost completed. I think its a good time to jump in to reap good profits.

Both types are good. It depends on budget and Sector.

I think direct access from DHA Expressway will take some time around 1-2 years and once developed prices will be developed specially Bluebell, Sunflower, Magnolia, Oleander and Lilly.

More than 2 years investment is the wisest decision. Current prices are under value in comparison with neighboring area and prices will go up and down in next 6 months and then will be settled at higher level.
